I do not understand this and i am confused, i am receiveing dozens of emails saying I signed up for this portal, and that portal, and I only asked for help on my debts, and I agreed, to pay over $550 a month, and gave you my bank information, and I dont see my credit cards being paid off at all. I have never been late with at least a minimum payment and I feel like you are not meeting your half of the bargain? Whats is up? Thank you, Sam

I made the mistake a called this company from a mailer which I had received. I was looking for a loan and was advised I would not qualify because of my debt ratio. Up to this point they were polite and professional. I was not interested in credit consolidation at this time, I had a very short time to get my home out of foreclosure, not consolidate three credit cards. As soon as they heard I wasn’t interested, the fast talking began. I couldn’t tell the guy “No” enough, so I ended the call. They have called back two or three times a day for the last five days and send two to three emails a day. This is getting to the level of harassment.

I wish they would’ve told me how long it would take to clear my accounts. The waiting period will have your credit in the dumps for a bit then it will improve. Due to your balance being zero. Only use this service if you can afford to wait.
