ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY GHOST YOU

I joined this company with high hopes. the concept is good. I paid 387 for the membership for 6 months on March 24th. after a few days they posted on the app that i could get the medication with a PA they could do but it had no rates of what would actually be out of pocket, so I kept asking about it. Meanwhile, It took weeks to get my first appointment. (April 10th).They canceled my previous appointment and didn't tell me . I attended the video chat appointment and I was prescribed medication on April 10th that I paid for on the 10th and it arrived 4/20/2024 after I called and messaged numerous times to find out what the delay was. I kept asking about what the rate would be for the PA over and over and they FINALLY told me the rates on 04/21. I can't imagine how long it would take for them to actually get the approval. I found out when I called and asked what the delay was in the order since it was placed, that when the 6 months is over, my membership will go up. It's not listed on the site. This "special price" is just to get you in the door. Ever since then, No one answers my messages or my calls. I sent a message about a medical issue with my eyes on April 24th, and I still haven't heard anything. The next appointment was May 2nd which I booked as well but by then, I saw my local doctor for medical care. Now my refill notation has popped up and it has a clause on it stating if the doctor recommends to up my dosage they will do so without consulting me, That's crazy! And a buttons staying "pay 299.00 for your refill" which of course I didn't touch. As fast as they take money from you during your appointment to get the meds, I can't imagine that was a warning button. that was a insta-buy button. and that clause about them upping the meds without your consent and not knowing if they would charge more is NUTS. So I sent a message if there was more money involved than what I am already paying them for the change in strength of my medication if the dose is changed. No response. I called more 3 times, I am on hold for over 30 minutes each. i get no call backs. No one in billing or medical has responded to me. It's like they got my money and they think they can just take more and more how ever they want and that was good enough for them. We don't need to refund me or bother with her for the next 4 months. I can't do anything in this company if they don't answer my questions. Now It's all about delayed meds refills, responses, and communication. I can't move forward with this company if doctors and billers don't answer my questions. It's wasting membership time a huge waste of money. They are not reliable, My meds will not be consistent because they can't communicate. They know time is money and they are wasting mine! They are not providing a service to me this way. IN RESPONSE: GETTING HALF PRICE DOESN'T MEAN I GET 1/3 SERVICE TIME BECAUSE YOU DON'T REPLY TO MESSAGES OR ANSWER CALLS NOW THAT I RECIEVED MY FIRST ORDER OF MEDS. I PAID FOR 6 MONTHS OF SERVICE. NOT 2.5. ITS MAY 6TH AND YOU RESPONDED WAY FASTER THAN THE REST OF THE STAFF. THEY STILL HAVEN'T RESPONDED. AND NO ONE HAS TOLD ME IF THE DOCTOR INCREASES YOUR MEDS WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE, HOW MUCH ARE THEY GOING TO YANK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ME KNOWING? THIS COMPANY IS TOO MUCH SHADY FOR YOU SAYING IT DOESN'T WANT TO DO A DIS SERVICE TO THE CLIENTS.

Regarding the initial sign-up costs, if a patient chooses a plan that involves a one-time discount, such as six months for $387 (50% off), it is mentioned that this price is for the first six months. Our intention in offering these discounts is to allow patients to try our program while saving some money. Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Very easy to navigate
Very easy to navigate. Providers are very helpful, and informative. They listen to what you say and allow you to proceed at a good and comfortable pace. Quick response to any questions etc sent through the portal. I'm very pleased

The doctor never showed up for my first…
The doctor never showed up for my first appointment. I contacted them and requested an immediate refund. This is terrible that you pay over 300.00 and the Dr. doesn't even show up to the virtual meeting. The meeting was at 8:40 AM and I waited till 9:05 AM with no response. I immediately contacted LifeMD and told them I wanted to cancel and get a refund. The provider's name is Tenae Griffin FNP.

Complete and utter ripoff
Complete and utter ripoff. Never got a response from the NP provider, the med was never approved, and my questions were never answered, but I was still charged. Tried their customer service and it was worthless. Stay away from these con artists. I am contesting the charge.

After less than a week after signing…
After less than a week after signing up, the non responsive nature of the support team and the website being down I asked for a cancellation and a refund. A month later I have received no response and have been stonewalled. Having used several other teledoc services, this has been by far the absolute worst and feel like I’ve been stolen from. Absolute rubbish.

Horrible!!
Horrible!!! I have been signed up for a month and they haven’t even shipped my prescription!!!! They sure have taken my money already…though. No wonder they told me it would take a year to lose 40 lbs!!! I’m not even getting the regular medication. I’m supposed to be getting the compound.We’ll see if that day ever comes. Go anywhere but LifeMD!!!!

Stay away from this company!!!!
Be careful when ordering with this compound company...... After a huge shortage with Eli Lilly, I opted to go the compounding route, and this company was one of the ones that stood out to me after seeing a few positive reviews. Not sure WHY I signed up for a three month membership, but I did!!! After a consultation with one of their providers, 2 weeks later I still had not received my medication. I made several calls to them to inquire about my medication, and all they would say is the pharmacy received the prescription and they would notify me when my meds where on the way. Finally, after a few calls I decided to cancel my meds and membership, to which they gave me a run around about as well. They did reimburse the cost of my meds, but would not reimburse the cost of the membership (which was for 3 months). I now have my credit card company disputing this charge!
