I ordered my contacts this morning. I received a very prompt confirmation. I realized I had forgotten my discount code. So I emailed the company back. Karielle Fowelle quickly helped me apply the 20% discount and was so courteous and polite in her email. I really appreciated her assistance.

After 6 weeks and multiple messages inquiring on the status of my glasses, they finally arrived and they are unwearable. Whatever prescription they replaced my lenses with is NOT what I sent. It actually looks psychedelic when I put them on. In addition, no one has answered my messages regarding the quality of the lenses that I received. I finally got on the chat today and they were very helpful and were able to resolve the issue. I still don't have prescription sunglasses to wear, but at least they were nice about it.

Great people work there, glasses took a little longer to get than I thought they would but they came out great in the end!

My prescription indicated a negative power for one eye. LensDirect.com sent the positive power. Contacted LensDirect.com and was told they would reorder for me. There was a delay with the manufacturer and waited 3 months for TRIAL LENSES that clearly state - NOT FOR SALE. They will not send original lenses to correct their oversight. They will not refund my money because I opened a box before noticing the power was wrong. I didn't order or pay for trial lenses. Their policy is replacement orders are trial lenses only. They did not fill the prescription properly, that's not a replacement it's a correction! First and last time I order from them.

Quality is absolutely perfect. Ordered 3 times in the last 3 months. Customer Service associate, Jessica provided top notch customer service today (04/09/21) and helped with my order. Jessica goes above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of account management, knowledge and really made us happy! Thank you Jessica, Great Job 👏 DF

Still waiting for my glasses to be finished. I ordered lens replacement on Mar 4, mailed my frames in as directed, email stated they had everything and lenses were being cut on Mar. 16, all good so far. Crickets. April 6th, I had sent two emails requested where are my glasses, and no response. Called April 6 and was told that the lenses had not arrived from manufacture (so I guess the Mar. 16 email was not true), that they had no idea when they would get the lenses in, and couldn't tell me when they would be ready. Don't order replacement lenses from them if you need your glasses in a hurry.
