Great price and product. Just the work took a little longer than i would have expected. There response to that was: “For your current order, since it was indicated that it was a large lens, we wait for your frame before getting the lens to make sure that we have the perfect fit for your frame.” I’m happy to wait a little longer to get it right though.

Summer Evariste, was very helpful and quick about. Fully clear in her responses and correcting the problem. She should be highly commended on her performance in her customer service position. It was a delight to chat with her! Brian Ficaro

I was so excited to find a way to keep my favorite frames(which are no longer manufactured) by having new lenses put in them by this company. I sent in my glasses and there was a payment mix up due to me losing my credit card (they do not charge the card at the time you order -they wait till the end). I called as soon as I was notified to provide a different cc number. All was good and the charge went thru with an assurance from "Lily Deterville" that my order would be shipped out to me that same day and I would receive a tracking number in my email. I am without glasses so I had paid for expedited shipping. Everyday since, I have called to ask about the tracking number -- as I have not received ANY notification. I keep hearing from the reps, we are sending out your order "today". Finally now over 3 weeks without glasses I have escalated. They at first told me my order was shipped a week ago, yet the tracking number says that USPS has not received the package yet.....uhhh clearly that is not correct-- I was on hold for >60 min while they try to find out what happened from the shipping department. Seriously dissappointed......do not order from this company. Finally they tell me that they sent out the order yesterday. The tracking number still says USPS has not received the package. The rep Tamara is trying to say that the USPS has not "updated" the tracking information. The company is giving me a full refund (hence the 2 star instead of 1 star review) because of the delay...I suspect they in fact lost my glasses and that I will never get them.
