I needed help with my order and they really did an excellent job. The communication is very helpful and fast and I am so happy with LensDirect. Duval Aguste, the rep who assisted me went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He was awesome.

I switched from 1-800-contacts to this company because the quality of service had deteriorated. Since being with Lens Direct it has been seemlessly easy from uploading my script to having orders delivered quickly and accurately. Today I had my first issue where I ordered contacts and had been emailed a code for 20% off and free upgraded shipping. Once I placed the order I noticed the shipping had not been upgraded and sent a message. Literally within a half hour I got a response from Aliyah who apologized it had not been done, corrected it immediately and followed up to make sure everything else was satisfactory..wow! Just wow! Great customer service, excellent prices and swift resolution of issues. I could not have asked for more

So I had an old pair of prescription sunglasses with an old prescription - I sent the old glasses in to lensdirect to have new lenses put in to match my current prescription. Got the glasses back and they are too blurry for me to use - basically everything is about 1/2 inch off from my field of vision. I generally use my sunglasses for driving but there’s no way I can use these for driving. These glasses took a month to get to me - I paid over $100 for these and they are unusable. I am told that I can send them back in to have the process redone - meaning I would have to wait another month to get them back again, but why would the process work the second time if it didn’t work the first time? Also I don’t want to wait another month for this - I think I’m going to see if Walmart Vision center can assist. I think there are better options out there for consumers - keep searching.

After 3 weeks of receiving my new frames, I received an email sayng "sorry we have cancelled your contact lens order". Terrible service! Terrible communication- extremely bad experience. Starting over from scratch. Hope they send my frames back in one piece. It will be 1 month lost...
