I was a little disappointed that I did not get the right product BUT your customer service was incredible. Denise was so friendly and helpful, she found me a solution and she was so pleasant. I am waiting for my glasses back and I cannot wait. I will be promoting your brand with my friends! Thank you Denise, your turned around a bad experience to a great one!

KEBA is an Angel ! She was kind, compassionate and had patience over the telephone. Her kindness was what influenced me to order from your company and not from the company I usually order from! Your prices were better too! I had called my contact company first and the person I spoke with made me feel like i was taking up her time. Sad right? Susan Kale

Duval was beyond AMAZING. Dr's office had gave me the wrong rx for my contacts. I purchased a year supply and was sure I would have to pay for another year out of pocket but no Lens Direct is going to take care of everything. I will refer all my contact wearing friends here. Thank You

Duval was tremendous to work with. He was professional, thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable. He followed up and ensured a smooth and successful transaction. I will use LensDirect based on my experience with Duval. He is an asset to the entire corporation. Perhaps, one day, he will run the company. Thanks Again Edward
