cheaper and quicker out there also their time table changes drastically once a order is placed 28 days is absolutely ridiculous 🙄 they don't have lenses in house and don't even bother ordering them until they receive your frames

Jessica Alexander provided excellent customer service after my order was delayed. While I already had a coupon applied, she provided free expedited shipping so that I could see ASAP! She was quick to respond and was very kind in our correspondence. Thank you, Jessica!

Warren Lewis helped me unravel some bizarre charges that were generated by Amazon Pay. Then he helped reorder the items in question. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I kind of expected a hassle but I got the exact opposite.
