I just had a great customer experience with Olivia M. She listened to my issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently. She was very polite and pleasant to speak with and informed me of the process every step of the way. I think it was the fastest resolution I've had with a customer service representative ever, which is always a plus when calling during my work hours. Kudos to Olivia!

Wonderful experience! At first I was a little bit skeptical about buying lenses that will match a pair of frame that are almost 40 years old. But the order has been placed and very excited to see how they come out. The reason for the writing this review thus far is because of the outstanding customer service that I received from Claire. Claire cared about my order, has gone above and beyond my expectations of overseeing my order, made sure that I receive the most current discount available, blew me away!!! Once I receive my glasses back with the new lenses I will follow up with another review, can't imagine not being pleased, especially after the professional service that I have already received.
