It was quite easy to order replacement lenses. I chatted with Aaliyah, and she helped me figure out how to mail my frames to get the new lenses. Crossing my fingers that everything works out well; I need to replace my lenses frequently on otherwise "healthy" frames and this is a great option for me.

This is my first experience with LensDirect.com. I'm still a bit apprehensive; however, I utilized the chat function and chatted with Dorion and they answered all my crazy questions and put me at ease! Dornio was very helpful and offered me three different ways to fix an issue. The entire thing was sorted out in 5 minutes! Wish all customer service worked like this.
