I had an issue with defective contactlenses and contacted Lens direct. Bibi responded promptly and agreed to send replacement contact lenses at no cost. I liked the prompt response ans taking care of customer

I ran out of contacts and needed them asap. I did the inline vision test and got them ordered but sadly they were back ordered. Aaliyah was so helpful she upgraded my shipping to priority free of charge and got them shipped out the same day.

My prescription expired and my appointment isn’t for another month so I tried their online vision test. Unfortunately the online vision test wasn’t going through. It took me almost an hour and multiple retries to get it to load until I gave up. OLIVIA helped me tremendously to getting my money back. She was kind and quick to get the job done.
