Excellent Customer Service!

Phone wait time was minimal
Phone wait time was minimal, Christina took the call and was easy to talk to, good communication skills, because she was attentive and professional. We got the info needed to complete the order and I was happy to work with her.

Lens replacements for a Lindberg frame
I just order new lenses for a circa 2000 Lindberg frame. This is not my first order, iirc I ordered x 4 before for different frames. So what I like: 1. High quality lenses, I choose the best one LD has. When I compare to high end glasses I got locally, LD are a equal or better, for a fraction of the cost. 2. Nice system: for 2.99 they send me a box with a nice case and prepaid label, so it makes very easy to send the old frames. 3. Unbeatable Price. 4. Excellent warranty: one time the center of the vision in a progressive lens was too high, I contact LD and they too care of it!. Everybody offers warranties but you do not know how good they are until you have to use them This a great reason to buy from LD!!
