Kwasi added my PD to my lens order for me. He was courteous and quick. I would recommend, however, that he slow his speech down, it was muffled at times and difficult to understand. It’s possible he may have also have been too close to the microphone.

Sari was wonderful… I have to admit I was doubtful about talking through chat and then talking on the phone, but it seems that I had the same person who carried me throughout the whole process. Sari was so helpful and so kind. Sari went above and beyond meeting my expectations.

After dealing with a handful other companies to get a contact script refilled I found lens direct to come through with the best customer service and they were the most cost effective. Kwasi was professional, friendly, and fast. My prescription document was not uploading the way that was needed and they were patient and provided the feedback necessary to complete the task and get my contacts on the way. Thanks again!
