I placed an order for contact lenses on April 8th. I checked the status of the order on the 10th. It stated that the prescription expired. It required an updated prescription. I uploaded a new prescription. The website showed the photo uploaded. I checked again Monday, and inquired about the status. I received a response asking for an updated prescription. I did the same today. I received a very nice response asking for an updated prescription. I decided to call the 800 number. I spoke with Ileana. She was very polite, and patient with me. I had a problem trying to email, or text the new prescription. I finally was able to text the prescription. She immediately responded and told me she received the updated prescription. She submitted and verified it. She told me when to expect it to be shipped. I’m very well satisfied with her assistance.

well first I discussed the order and lenses with Jaron and he was wonderful and then followup with Djanna and it was good also, great company and great discount for veteran's, appreciate that... sending glass frames today...
