Worst company I ever dealt with. Never finished the installation of our walk in tub. 2 months later we had our own electrician finish the job. Not only that damaged wall and ceiling. Scratched the heck out of the toilet seat cover. Ended up taking toilet out and when reinstalled had a rocking toilet.Put holes in our blacktop. Dropped pipe glue on vinyl floor into a dirt pile and left it so now I have a permanent dirt pile on floor. Told us that the water heater would be big enough to fill tub and it didn’t. So we just installed a new one. The finished calking around tub is like a rain gutter. Take a shower or use tub water gets in there and acts like a rain gutter around tub and ending up on floor.

Took 5 months to receive lift chair! Salesman very good. Laser guy rude, moved hall tree roughly, broke top off. Complained all time. Installer excellent.

Everyone was very courteous but there was a lot of confusion about the seat and how that was going to be handled. I would recommend them to anyone because I love my shower
