Installation of walk in tub,very poor…
Installation of walk in tub,very poor workmanship because I believe installers were not qualified to do the job. Took about 8 months to get some issues resolved.Very sorry I chose Home Safety Solutions. Very unprofessional.

Had a good sales person
Had a good sales person. The length of time for the tub took longer than expected but the installers were very good and had it done in a day. Did not realize how much water required to use.

Our install was completed in 2 days
Our install was completed in 2 days. Did not notice until the day after completion that the bricks did not align on the sides and back. Shelves were off set. Called them, they sent someone to look at it about a week later. He said the new pieces would take 4 weeks to get new pieces. Didn't take that long. They have completed the work now. Just an aggravation to have to have them back in to fix something that should have seen right off by professional installers.

this job took too long to get started
this job took too long to get started. 8 months. However, the tech. was professional and courtious He also did a great job. I am well satisfied with the quality of work.

I love the shower
I love the shower. I wish I had ordered a glass shower door. I was wondering what that would cost to do it now.
