We had an existing Harvest gold tub taken out and replaced with a nice fiberglass tub surround. The original tub was cast iron and in a very tight spot and steep curving staircase. They did a wonderful job getting it out without a single ding to the walls. Project took a full day and a little extra time am the following morning but it was done right and we are ver happy.

Salesman did an excellent job explaining the product and company. Walk in safely shower was installed the following week. Excellent workmanship! Fantastic product!

The installers were great, I would rate them 4-5 stars. What disturbs me is that going from a tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower with a door,I wish I was told the following: 1.) I would be standing on the sloping side of the floor drain instead of the more level opposite side. This is uncomfortable when showering. 2.) Having the entry door on the shower head side is inconvenient when entering the shower. The water temp of the shower needs to be good before entering, plus you get immediately showered with water instead of gradually being able to enter the falling water. You, being the expert on these designs and installation, should have recognized that up front and we could have changed the shower head location to the opposite side. That would solve the inconvenient entry and standing on the most sloped part of the floor.

When I agreed to purchasing your product and paid $10,000 upfront, I was told that he installation would be completed in 3 days. It is now 8?weeks later and it is still NOT FINISHED!!!!! There were a few extenuating circumstances. I had COVID and the installer could not come for 5 days. The installer had some personal health issues with his newborn triplets yet he came to work here. I gave him permission to leave. There was also a problem with water rushing from a previously installed drain rushing water through the kitchen ceiling that now needs to be repaired. Needless to say, I am not satisfied! It seems unreasonable for an installer to be called to begin another job until a current job is satisfactorily completed. It seems inappropriate for this to be a one person job It seem that a substitute should be provided to continue or complete the job. There is finish work that still needs to be completed. It does not seem unreasonable for some of my payment to be reimbursed. Please contact me for further information and with your reply. I am leaving for vacation next week. Love the finished shower, but it took 30 days to complete. Did have damage done, Leaf Home (Chase) said we would need to talk with the salesman. Salesman said because we financed the project there is nothing can be. Will not use Leaf Home again.
