The men who came showed us the layout for the tub. There was no demand for us to purchase the tub. They showed us what was going to be done in the bathroom and we were pleased. The men who did our tub was amazing. We are very pleased with our walk in tub.

My stair chair lyft was installed with little effort and works perfectly. So pleased with the operation. Love the ability to fold the chair to enable necessary traffic. Will file a Medicare claim to see if they will assist with cost. Jerry Lazenby

Sales person was friendly and he spent 2 hours with us picking out materials for our bathroom shower. Measuring was done several days later and we were told installation would take 1 day. 1st installer came out, found out this was his 1st shower job and he stated he couldn't do the job after 4 hours of Youtube video's trying to figure it out. I did like that he finally stated he was not comfortable doing the job and didn't tear up our bathroom and leave it. The company was contacted and they sent a seasoned installer out the next day. The Shower install lasted 2 days and turned out beautiful.

Professional and procedure details missing. Prior to install I clearly explained I had to move medical appointments and chose a date to start two weeks away. The first day of install I received a phone call late morning to say installer had car trouble. The next day installer showed but said he was not available the day before due to child care issue. Always tell the truth. Install did take 3 days but I had not moved appointments for 4 days. I felt very rushed to pay immediately without time to look everything over well. I suggest a manager should arrive and do inspection with homeowner at completion and re eive payment. When my husband grasped shower controller, it moved away from shower wall. I called the point of contact I was given. I did not hear back after 6 hours so I called the help line in brochure. They listened and advised I should hear from someone the next day. I did not. So I called help line again Wednesday morning. About 5pm I heard from installer saying he needed to schedule a time to come out but it might be another week. We are not using the shower due to fear that my husband could grasp Control and have it pull out pulling water lines with it. It was fixed. I just noticed an issue with flooring this week. Not a big deal, I can fix but oversite of details was an issue. I personally felt management was not professional and emphasis was on getting done and onto next job.

We are loving our new stair riders. Very happy with our decision to invest in the product and company. Sean, Grant & Holden are the best--very polite & informative. Sean was so helpful in working with us in managing to give us the best price. And a great big thank you to Grant & Holden for taking care of everything! I really enjoy riding on the rider. I told my husband if he heard any strange noises at night, it was just me riding and riding and riding... :)
