I was very impressed with Tia, the representative that came to give me information on your chairlift. He answered many of my questions satisfactory. There was no pressure to make a purchase. A real gentle man. Cliff, the installer, also was a real gentleman and did the work as a professional. He also answered my questions with satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with your company.

I was quite pleased with the young lady who as the sales representative explained and answered questions about the company's product. The installation date was scheduled within a short time and the installer was very efficient. He instructed me on the use and had me use the lift until he was sure I understood the operation.

Your installer, Mark Lovell told me I would need new flooring which he installed for me (extra cost, of course). He did a horrible job of cutting it. It is the most unprofessional job I have seen yet. I have contacted him 4 times to give him the opportunity of making things right with me before posting this review but he will neither answer his phone or return my calls.

I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the salesman, the installer, and those who responded to my inquiries. It was a transaction that went quickly & efficiently. I would recommend Leaf to anybody who needs dependable and reliable products for the elderly or the infirmed.
