I was happy that I could have my bathroom remodeled as soon as possible but there has and still are complications. Nobody has called me back in 3 days about when it can be fixed.

Installer did not provide the right base measurements as stated in the work order actual measurements is 60”x26” work order stated at 60”x30”.

I had a tub removed and shower installed. The installer was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and the shower is beautiful. When I was able to finally use the shower I realized the curtain rod was straight, not leaving much room inside the shower without stepping on the curtain. I was suppose to get a curved rod. Also I have no pressure in my sink now, which has never been an issue. I reached out and left a message but we keep missing each other's calls so I have yet to talk to someone.

We had an awesome experience!! Maurice (our contractor) had his work cut out for him with the mess our bathroom was in!! He took it all in stride and worked until the job was completed in ONE DAY! He deserves 15 stars for his professionalism and work ethic! We are Thrilled with the shower and would definately recommend your company to any one who needs a new shower!!
