My UK tv connection had stopped working. I contacted LeVPN on a Sunday. I had a reply within an hour. The problem was fixed almost immediately with easy instructions from Raphael. Great service always.

I was unable to pay for my subscription online due to a problem with the website and contacted customer service who dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. I use le VPN to stream content from the UK and find that it works very well.

I cancelled Le VPN subscription before the 7 day free testing period by App Store. I've even deleted the app from all my gadgets some days ago. So, I don't understand why they continue to send me invoices for renewal payment.

J'ai essayé l'abonnement dans l'Apple Store, j'ai annulé avant la facturation de la période dans le cadre de mon essai. Apple a arrêté l'abonnement et il apparaît toujours comme inactif. Mais j'ai été surpris par une demande de paiement pour un abonnement futur de 6 mois "non payé" de la part de le-vpn.com. C'est une erreur à plusieurs niveaux : - Utilisation d'un email personnel au lieu du dit vendeur tiers (Apple Store). - Abonnement annulé mais contrainte à un renouvellement.

Nous ne pouvons faire de démarche auprès d'Apple en votre nom, et de même, nous ne pouvons vous écrire qu'à l'adresse que vous avez vous même founie. Vous n'avez été contraint a aucun abonnement, mais notre système vous a simplement envoyé un email vous rappelant que votre compte n'avez pas été payé (puisque annulé avant).
