I had trouble with My On Demand service via a sky box ....and your On line Help chat Was just amazing ....Took a while but we got there in the end ..... Just want to say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO CHRIS ,,,,,,

I live outside the U.K. and use Le VPN service to connect to U.K. tv stations via their DNS service. When I get a breakdown be it with my own internet service Provider Le VPN have always manage to fix the problem for me with their support service. They have never failed to get me re connected. 100% service. Thank you.

Another prompt, excellent response from ale VPN Support Team. We already use Le VPN for iPads & catch up tv in Spain. We are not technically minded & had problems trying to install an Amazon Firestick. Le VPN quickly gave us perfect installation instructions. Fire stick & Alexa now working perfectly. Many thanks.

Az ever, when I got on to Le VPN to explain that I couldn't get the BBC on my computer, they replied at once to acknowledge my call, and shortly afterwards Raphael emailed me to get details of my programme. Not long after his email I tried the BBC again rather optimisticaly, and this time it worked. Le VPN experts have always been efficient, polite, prompt and pleasant. I have on occasion had to hand over the computer to them when I couldn't follow the instructions, and once again they have been efficient, polite and quick. I recommend their service to anyone in need of help from efficient and pleasant experts.
