The bag we bought arrived with a broken zipper. Laxgear was responsive and replaced the bag quickly. The bag is super sturdy and functional.

LaxGear has exceptional customer service and an outstanding product for the lacrosse community. We recently experienced an uncommon buckle break in one of the many LaxGear bags used in my family, and not only was it easy to contact the company, their work to resolve the situation went miles beyond my expectation. My three boys have used their products for years, and I have no doubt that we will continue to turn to LaxGear as the continue to grow in the game they love!

Bag was solid, embroidering with Name and jersey # was perfect. 1 zipper was broken and another extremely ‘weak’ when it came out of the box. I reached out to them immediately and they replaced the item very quickly with no hassle whatsoever.
