The description states it has the convenience of a backpack but when it showed up it is NOT a backpack. I bought this for a 9 yr girl, and unfortunately won’t work! The quality is great though. I can’t find information on the website for returns.

Hi Victoria, Happy to refund or replace. This is a big backpack. The straps are in the back zipper compartment. But realize it is too big for your daughter. Sorry you didn't have a good experience. Already sent a shipping label for you to return. Aaron
