LawPay is powerful, reliable, and easy to use, once it is set up properly. My clients enjoy the ease of making payments, which makes my collections faster and easier. The monthly fees are higher than I think they should be, and that is my only complaint.

I trust LawPay to handle client payments, be they to my operating account or my trust account. Other merchant service providers didn't understand the importance of keeping client and firm funds separate or couldn't handle it. LawPay does and does so without a hitch.

LawPay works seamlessly with Clio to post payments made to our invoices saving us steps in posting and with no effort on the clients' part. Clients use the payment portal without any prompting or instruction from us, proving its ease of use.

Easy to use, easy integration with TimeSolv. The "Schedule" function saves us administrative time and money in processing recurring payments. The "Recharge" function makes it easy to process payments from clients who have previously paid their bill with a credit card, and refunds are simple, too. Automatically sends professional-looking receipts to clients. Overall a great product that has saved us time and money.
