LawPay has been one of the best investments our office has ever made. Sending invoices and receiving payments for the same have never been easier especially in today's technologically advanced world.

The one line payment option is superb. Clients are able to control their own credit card information and pay when convenient for them. I have noticed that within an hour of my bills going out (via email) I receive a minimum of 2 - 3 payments within that first hour via credit card. I really like the auto notification of payment when it is made.

LawPay came to the rescue when our old credit card terminal died and we needed to get something new in place FAST. Works well overall, love the reports, rates are good. Some negatives: my card-swiper doesn't always work, the monthly statement is hard to read, and having to process payments at a computer rather than at our back counter next to our copier is not as convenient for us.

I'm very pleased with using LawPay as my credit card processing merchant. Customer service is excellent and follow-up is great! The rates are competitive. It has been a helpful addition to my mediation practice.

I find LawPay super easy to use, and easy for our clients to navigate. Their reports are easy to use and understand.

Very user friendly and very helpful if you call for questions. The only criticisms I have are (1) the monthly statements a printed in a ridiculously small font and are difficult to decipher; and (2) like almost all credit processing companies, it is difficult to know what rate you are being charged for any given card. One thing I would like Law Pay to explore is not taking fees out of funds that are put in Trust Accounts until they are transferred to a General Account. While the fees physically come out of the General Account, we don't receive the benefit of them while they are in Trust, and if we refund Trust money, we have paid the processing fees on that money but never receive the benefit of it.

We have heard that feedback from other clients, so we are in the process of improving our statements now. We will review your account to ensure you have the best solution and get in contact shortly.
