I was very happy to see there are affordable options out there for scan tools and other specialty equipment my shop needs. All the representatives I’ve spoken to have been helpful and courteous. The scan tools I’ve bought have been top tier and I still use them even after 3 years.

Top notch service as promised. Order ans Delivery was reasonable and the X431 scanner and equipment worked perfectly out of the box. I have bought other items from this company with the same great care and service. Highly recommend this company and their Launch products.

I have purchased several LaunchX431 series scanners. Customer service has been exceptional and the products themselves are excellent. One of the standout features to me is that Launch allows you to buy upgrades to service a single vehicle (A Tesla for example) or perform a specific function at a very reasonable price. Every other scanner manufacturer I am aware of forces you to buy expensive bundles. I have other high-end scanners, but the Launch has come through on more than one occasion when the other tools could not "cut the mustard".

I have purchased multiple launch products over the last 3 years zero issues. Personally i would highly recommend. Tried out other brands in the past but none of them compare to the launch products. Always my first choice to grab off the shelf in my shop

I was extremely worried after reading the reviews, it did take about a week to Receive my order but to me was worth it! No problems thus far with my product, happy with my purchase.

I paid a about aud$1200 inc two years software updates. The scanner is average and ofter lacks the ability to determine underlying issues. Launch just quoted me $750 for an annual subscription as a home user. Greedy company, average product. Im going to try Mucar V07s which has better functionality, lifetime updates and only costs $450.

I have purchased the x431 from them with 30 days money back guarantee. I am trying to return but customer service is using tactics of delaying it. It is couple of weeks and still no progress. Seems like scammers. Terrible experience.
