I’ve purchased a launch diagnostic machine still not dispatched this is now over 5 days I have tried to contact them over ten times now , no response I’m now having to contact my bank and raise a dispute as I’m out of pocket and no machine £ hundreds of pounds ! Shocking customer service

The tool freezes, takes forever to load, has very few options that actually work. It's a glorified code delete tool. Their return policy is ridiculous to nonexistent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOOL

The tablet itself is well built – no complaints about the hardware. The problem is everything around it. Coverage was promised before purchase but didn't work on our vehicles, even after being pushed to buy extra software for Iveco and Renault. And when it fails, no one takes responsibility: Launch Europe and Launch China just pass the blame while the customer is left alone. (Software even paid via PayPal to a private person in China.) Good hardware means nothing when the software doesn't deliver and no one stands behind it. Professional workshop? Spend your money elsewhere.

⭐ Very Disappointing After-Sales Support I purchased a Launch diagnostic device from LaunchX431Online on 25/11/2025. Unfortunately, we have experienced ongoing intermittent connection problems and repeated errors when carrying out BMW service resets. I contacted their support team several times and provided details and evidence of the problems, but instead of properly investigating and resolving the faults, they repeatedly asked for photos, videos and basic troubleshooting steps. This has wasted a considerable amount of our workshop time. For a professional diagnostic tool, reliable technical support is extremely important. Based on my experience so far, the after-sales support has been very disappointing and the issues remain unresolved. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller if you depend on the equipment for professional workshop use.

I absolutely love my Launch x431 pro. It is the first scan tool I grab. Had an issue with my first one and it was replaced. The tool is awesome and does almost everything I need. I would recommend it to anyone

I bought an item and decided to return it. I requested the return and they accepted it but it took ages to send the return label. Then it took even longer for them to get it back because they sent me the wrong one. When they finally received it they argued I hadn’t sent everything but I hadn’t even opened the package. Ultimately they refunded me but it felt like they were trying to avoid refunding or giving me less. If I ever need this tool again I’d definitely buy it somewhere else.
