I’m extremely disappointed with this product and my overall experience. I had purchased tirzepatide from this company before, and the quality was much better. This time, after spending over $1,000 on my latest treatment, the product and even the injections felt completely different. Unfortunately, I noticed little to no effect compared to my previous orders. It honestly feels like I’m injecting mostly vitamin B12 rather than the medication I paid for. I feel like I completely wasted my money and have lost my trust in this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them. I strongly suggest going through your health insurance, a licensed medical provider, or another reputable source instead.

However, after carefully reviewing the details, we do not believe your review accurately represents the care provided by our team or the circumstances surrounding your treatment. The medication referenced in this situation was not prescribed for your personal treatment plan and was not intended to be used by you. Our team specifically advised that medication should only be used by the patient it was prescribed to and only according to that patient’s provider-directed protocol. Because treatment plans are individualized, using medication prescribed for someone else, especially at a dose designed for a different patient’s starting protocol, will not produce the intended results and is not something we can recommend or support. Despite these circumstances, our team still attempted to help by offering a price concession so you could move forward with a treatment plan and dosing protocol appropriate for you. We strongly disagree with the characterization that the medication “did not work” or that money was “wasted” when the medication being discussed was not prescribed for your individualized protocol. Your review is an unfair assessment of the care we provide and misrepresents the efforts our team made to support you. LaSara works with experienced providers who have over 15 years of metabolic health expertise, and we use reputable pharmacy partners that provide high-quality compounded medications. We stand behind the quality of our care, our providers, our pharmacy partners, and our patient support team. Patients who follow their individualized provider instructions and use only medication prescribed specifically to them are best positioned for a safe and successful treatment experience.

Was told I would get a call back and was never called. Wasn't helpful in any way. Terrible customer service. Will not be using this provider. If I could put 0 stars in would.

The only thing they’re good at is billing you every month. The nurse practitioner often talks over you. I decided to cancel my service with them however, I had a follow up consultation with the nurse practitioner scheduled after my last blood draw. I really didn’t get anything of value from the consultation. The second blood draw was not near as detailed as the first, so what’s the point. After that consultation, the owner personally called me and asked why I had a consultation if I had canceled my membership. Well, I pay you $169 a month although most months you do nothing. Way too many other knowledgeable providers out there to use this organization.

Well I scheduled my appointment with Alex for 7pm on October 31, which is obviously Halloween. Broke off from my wife and kids to complete the 20 minute initial phone call and never received it. I received the emails and text messages confirming this call, but never the actual thing. I did get an email today, however, thanking me for being on that call? I was looking forward to working with this company too.

The person waving the wand on my genitals broke several veins to the penis which left me completely impotent. Total incompetence.

Low-intensity shockwave therapy is designed to stimulate tissue repair and new blood-vessel growth. It’s normal for some patients to have temporary tenderness or mild, short-lived bruising from tiny surface vessels after treatment. Importantly, the full regenerative response often takes time—many patients see their best results between 3–6 months as the body remodels and heals. That said, any sudden change in function deserves prompt attention. I had high hopes when I decided to go to LaSara Medical Group for treatment, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Despite the significant cost of their services, I’ve seen absolutely no positive results or changes after completing the treatment. I followed all recommendations and instructions but still didn’t achieve the outcomes they assured me were possible. For the price I paid, I expected much more transparency and effectiveness. The lack of noticeable improvement makes me question the validity of their claims and the value of their services. I cannot recommend LaSara Medical Group based on my experience.

There are add on treatments such as oral and injectable meds that can help. I hope you will reach out to us and allow us to provide some guidance on alternative options.
