Obviously I had my appt. Then was told the medication was at the pharmacy and now being told that it's waiting for another provider due to the state I live in though that wasn't an issue when I paid the payment. Lauren has been amazing, Courtney was great. But the lack of getting the medication after paying for it stinks

Ive been using LaSara for almost 2 years. They are always super responsive when I have questions or concerns. Jessica and Courtney are always amazing! They listen and take into consideration my concerns. Super easy and convenient process. Fast shipping! Have never had issues. A little pricey but the results have been more than worth the cost. I’ve been on my regimen for a few years now, and I move around a lot, so I’ve gone through a handful of providers all over the country, and wow….. LaSara blows everyone out of the water. Everyone I’ve spoken with so far is very evidently competent and caring; qualities I feel have ceased to exist in the Los Angeles Metro Area. They are incredibly attentive and accessible, all while delivering the best value for dollar I’ve ever experienced in this particular space. Imagine paying through the nose for much worse service! Never again! As long as I’m located in a state where they have licensed providers, I’ll be sticking with LaSara. Huge shout out to Alex, Courtney, and all the super helpful folks that pick up the phone when I call. I’ll be sending friends your way and you’ll never know it.
