When we use our complimentary credit…
When we use our complimentary credit report it still asks me for my credit card info. That is really frustrating because I have to deal with identity fraud, so you can imagine the stress of having to put my info out there for something that is free. Your system should recognize if I don't need to pay to not ask for that info.

Hi, Edward! I show that you are with a realtor group that receives one free basic screening a month with us. Because of the account type that you have that free screening is provided to you as a coupon that becomes available in your account once every 30 days. We do ask for your payment information due to the fact that you may also add additional screening options that would require payment. I hope this helps to explain the process.
