Fast service, but criminal histories can't be trusted.
LandLord Station is easy to access and the report is returned quickly; however, the criminal history are not accurate. I've had applicant's admit to various felony and misdemeanor criminal convictions, yet the LandLord Station has never found a single one.

Hi Ken! Thank you for your review. Because there is no central database for criminal reports and local laws do vary on what information may be provided, there are times when that may affect what is returned in a criminal report. quick and easy
process is simple and straightforward. One of my prospective tenants was from Spain (a few years ago). That one they took care with. I felt tended to.

Review
Navigation of the site is not very easy. Speaking to someone from landlord station on the phone is impossible.
