Contacted Kuru about a possible warranty issue. They responded promptly (on a Saturday no less), and helped arrange a very agreeable resolution. Excellent customer service.

I really like these shoes to address my plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist initially recommended Hoka, but I felt like my feet still hurt the entire year I had those shoes. I searched for a new shoe and found Kuru - and I’m so glad I did. The Atom 2s that I bought this year are my second pair of Kurus and I don’t think my feet have hurt at all during the time I’ve had them. When my new pair (3 months in) broke, Kuru quickly addressed my situation and sent me a new pair to replace the broken shoe. It’s incredible customer service and I’m delighted. Thank you, Kuru!
