This is a great company. They stand by their products with free returns and exchanges. The shoes themselves are of excellent quality and look great on your feet. I ultimately couldn’t wear the shoes and had to return them but I really loved them. Maybe a bit more cushion would make the difference.

I changed this review from the original one as my issue was resolved and Kuru did in fact replace my shoes. I originally liked the shoes, I had an Achilles injury and they actually helped. But I only had them a few months and they got these stains that kind of leached out from the leather trim on them. I had taken the care instructions seriously, I hand washed them. I even reached out to the company when my shoes were virtually unwearable with gross yellow stains from the leather. They told me to use baking soda or vinegar to clean them and it actually made it worse. I sent them pictures of the shoes and explained that they were worse. They basically told me to have a nice day and they appreciated my feedback. I think if you’re going to charge high end prices you should provide high end shoes. These shoes are not high end. You are paying too much for a lower quality product. There are other companies out there like HOKA that make a high quality shoe and they will stand by the quality. Such a disappointing experience. UPDATE 8/15/2024 I received the response from Kuru and complied by sending all information they requested the next day. They have not responded as of yet. I am curious if they will as I have read other reviews that indicate they seem to respond on social media but never to the person for a resolution. I am curious if the responses on here from them are all for show , but we will see. To be continued… UPDATE: 8/20/24 I was sent a replacement for the shoes that had the issue with the staining by the company. My initial frustration was resolved as they did actually listen and provide an alternate pair of shoes as a replacement. Once I got in touch with the right people they were extremely responsive and understanding. My only feedback would be that the initial contact with customer service was not as responsive and I think a lot of frustration could have been avoided if my initial contact was better. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. The person I dealt with that handled and resolved my issue was wonderful.

I received all pertinent information to make my exchange and I completed the return today . Now I await my resized New Quantum 2 shoes

I tried two pairs of these shoes and they did not work for me. I voiced my concerns and was immediately contacted by their customer service offering me a full refund for my return which they initiated Immediately. This is an excellent company. The shoes may not have worked for me however they do have great cushioning and arch support so if these shoes work for you I could tell you that they are a good shoe and they are an excellent company

Well the shoes are comfy, but what was especially great was I had an issue where technically my return of the shoes that didn't fit was a few days late (I ordered multiple sizes and styles to try and kept the one I liked). They gracefully and without drama accepted the returns

Third pair just arrived. Quantum 2.0 . Super comfy , heel cup is amazing as always and so durable on top of comfortable. I literally threw out my Nike zoom air I had been wearing as work shoes . I love them . I have seriously painful hip issues aggregated by over supination. These shoes help sooo much . I’m a customer for as long as they sell these shoes .
