The toy arrived quickly and my nephew loved it 🥰 Great educational product. He immediately engaged with it and enjoys playing with it.

My purchase will take 15 days to arrive at the destination. It wasn’t shipped out for 10 days and then 5 more days to arrive at the destination. This was a gift for a child’s birthday and it will end up taking 15 days to complete the shipment. This is what they say is the date it will arrive. Time will tell. Totally unacceptable!! I had to email support twice. They lost track of my order.

Package never received Customer service never responded to multiple emails

My nephew enjoys the the bright colors and interacts with the puzzle more than a few seconds and runs off to play with something else, it holds his attention!

Ordered 4 glass ornaments for Christmas last year. Two came with correct "First Christmas" dates. Two were incorrect. Company corresponded first few contacts the first of this year, but am no longer receiving responses to my calls or emails. Ended up just making labels with correct dates to cover up the wrong imprinted dates. Disappointed with customer service

I still have yet to receive the Father’s Day gift I ordered. It says delivered and no package. No response from their customer service
