The first item I received was incorrect and missing a piece, but after I motified customer service, I received the correct order. Thank you for taking care of the issue! I really love the product and can't wait to give it to my baby.

When the product failed within 24 hours- I reached out and customer service never responded.

Very dissatisfied
The ordering process was very misleading. I did not get the puzzle that I thought I was ordering. Additionally, the quality of the puzzle that I did receive was very poor - especially for the amount that I paid.
