Good platform with a good price range for edits. The review I received was thorough and provided great feedback for me to look at what I was trying to say.

I used to be greatly assisted by Kibin editors. But I am not satisfied with the last one. The revisions were very simple, and I do not think the editor did a meticulous and active job.

I'm sorry to hear that this edit didn't meet the expectations you have built in your time working with Kibin. I took a look at your paper, and I see that your editor made over 300 revisions and left several detailed comments, which is quite a lot of revision for a 5-page paper. However, I understand that customers may get used to one editor's style over another's. If there was something specific you were looking for that was missing in this order, please feel free to reach out to us so we can discuss how we can set it right. no editing done

Thank you for reaching out to Kibin via Trustpilot. I’m glad we were able to resolve your issue of not seeing any edits to your cover letter via email. As you stated in your email to Team Kibin, the edits were not visible because you had been viewing them “on a mac and that was in a text editor that did not show edits.” The document did have 131 revisions to the word choice, grammar, and overall flow, so I’m happy you were able to see those edits. We are, however, disappointed that this review wasn’t changed to better reflect your experience with Kibin as your email had mentioned you would do. I’m afraid that’s due to the fact that we did not offer a free edit of your resume in exchange for removal of this review. Your email mentioned sending the resume to your same editor free of charge to “let me see how well she does. I will change my review once I see her work.” As was explained in my email, we cannot offer a free review of a *different* document in order for you to remove a negative review that was based on a misunderstanding to begin with. Kibin needs to ensure that our editors are compensated fairly for the work that they do on each document we edit, and it would be unethical for us to provide a free review of a new document in order for you to remove an unfavorable review that is not an accurate reflection of your previous experience. Again, as I mentioned in my email, we’re happy to work with you in clearing this up if this was a misunderstanding, but we have yet to hear from you again. Kind regards, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager @Kibin
