Hi there! While it's certainly possible your editor made a mistake (after all, they are human), I'd love for the chance to review the edit for you and investigate this further. I see you had a personal statement edited with us but I'm not seeing any obvious errors. If you'd like to email us at [email protected] we'd be happy to review this further.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your most recent edit. I'm very sorry to hear that this edit didn't meet your expectations this time around. At checkout, you had selected the following option: "This is my final draft, OR I don’t have a lot of time to revise. I do not wish to make substantial changes and prefer minimal commentary." Additionally, your note to the editor indicated that your main concern was making sure "that it is as grammatically correct as possible before I submit to programs." An edit of a final draft will always be much less intensive than a rough draft edit since you are polishing a document for submission instead of re-working the ideas/language presented. I've reviewed the edited document, and the work done on the document lines up with the information that was provided to the editor. I found no grammar or spelling mistakes left behind, and this edit does meet Kibin's quality standards, as the editor followed the instructions given and the document was returned error-free. The editor also made changes to the language to ensure that you were presenting yourself positively in your statement, as her notes mentioned I do see that this edit was returned back to you on Monday, July 12th. If you are ever unsatisfied with an edit in the future, please do reach out sooner rather than later because we always want to make sure your issue is resolved quickly. We did reach out via email yesterday to gain additional information about your feedback and to help provide a solution for this issue. Please don’t hesitate to reach out there so that we can resolve this for you. We hope to speak with you soon. Kind regards, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager @Kibin

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry that the edit your received didn't match up with your expectations. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have with Kibin! In going over the edited document, it looks like your editor did make 35 revisions to the 280 word paragraph that was submitted. I do see that our Customer Happiness Team was able to get in touch with you and find a solution to resolve this issue. Please do let us know if there's anything else we can do for you -- we're happy to help. Kindest regards, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager @Kibin

Hi there, I'm very sorry that your document was not returned to you within the time selected. We know how important deadlines can be, and we do everything we can to make sure they are met. It turns out that we had a larger than expected number of overnight orders and while our editors scrambled to meet all the deadlines, your order was slightly delayed. I see that you have communicated with our customer service staff regarding the late return, and I hope that the steps we have taken to rectify the situation have been satisfactory. Hi there, I'm very sorry that the edit you received did not meet your expectations. You trust us with your papers, and we want to do everything we can to make it right when you're not satisfied with the final result. I noticed that your editor provided comments throughout the essay that asked questions to help you clarify your argument for your reader. Part of the editor's job is to point out any sentences that could be ambiguous. You know what you're trying to say, and the editor is looking out for instances where a reader could take your meaning a different way. That being said, we definitely want to make this right for you, so we encourage you to get in touch with us at [email protected] in a new message, or you can reply to the last message we sent you. I'd love to hear any additional feedback you have regarding your experience and whether our proposed solution works to your satisfaction. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback, and we hope that you'll give us another chance to impress you. Best wishes, Nikki L., Customer Service and Community Manager @Kibin

Hi Bree, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm very glad you found the feedback helpful, though I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the finished product. Kibin editors offer feedback in addition to proofreading and editing the document for grammar, clarity, and flow. It looks like there were 266 revisions were made to the paper overall, and I've double-checked that the paper does flow well and meets APA guidelines. Is it possible there may have been an issue with the downloaded file not showing the tracked changes for the grammar and APA editing? If so, you can find assistance with that in our FAQs here: https://kibin-faq.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-i-cant-see-any-edits I do agree that the feedback was very helpful, as I had many of the same questions your editor did when reading over the document. Her questions about clarifying specific medical information can only be clarified by you since we are not subject matter experts, and we are unable to create content to expand or change parts of your essay for you as part of our academic honesty policy. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we'd love to make this right for you. Please email [email protected] to discuss the edit further so we can find the best solution and ensure you receive the best value out of our services.
