Just so you know ahead of time, these are not doctors these are nurses. Once they order a test or imaging, they cannot access it. They cannot make orders other than for estrogen and progesterone. They cannot give you any real advice if you have anything other than just sleep loss and mood adjustment. This is not a real doctor service.

Hi there, our clinicians are licensed nurse practitioners (NPs), CNMs (nurse midwives), doctors (MDs), and naturopathic doctors (NDs) who specialize in women’s midlife health. We've requested some additional information from you so that we can look into your experience and are happy to reschedule you with a new provider if you were not satisfied with your care. Thank you!

I was very lucky and was assigned an excellent provider who listened first and was open, rather than dismissive.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Midi Health was marred by technical difficulties from the beginning, and the clinical specialist I met with never provided a summary of the appointment or description of treatment she said she would prescribe. She also said she wanted results of a biopsy I had had, but was unreachable through the portal. I reached out to customer service multiple times, who kept saying I would receive information through the portal, but that never happened. If it wasn’t such a well known company I would think it was a scam.

I went into Midi with high hopes after…
I went into Midi with high hopes after hearing so many positive reviews and receiving a recommendation from my nutritionist to help manage perimenopause symptoms and explore HRT. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.
During my first appointment, the provider was rude, dismissive, and raised her voice at me when I expressed concerns about sharing very specific cycle data. Those concerns were rooted in personal safety and privacy — something no patient should be shamed or yelled at for, especially in today’s political climate. When I asked questions about the medication she wanted to prescribe, I was told to stop asking questions, to “just listen,” and to take what she told me, period. That approach felt unsafe, inappropriate, and completely contrary to patient-centered care.
I also asked why no labs were being ordered before prescribing medication and was told they were unnecessary. This was especially troubling because during my second appointment, the provider took the opposite stance and was adamant that labs were necessary to establish a proper baseline before making recommendations. That inconsistency alone significantly undermined my trust in the practice.
Adding to this frustration, I was told the second consultation would be complimentary due to my dissatisfaction with the first appointment. More than two months later, I am still being billed for both visits, despite repeated attempts to get clarity or resolution. Communication around billing has been slow and unclear.
Although labs were eventually ordered, I no longer feel comfortable proceeding through Midi and will instead have my primary care provider request and manage them. I have lost confidence in this company, which is especially disappointing because I work in healthcare and truly wanted this to be a positive experience.
I cannot recommend Midi based on my experience. Patients deserve respect, transparency, consistent clinical standards, and the ability to ask questions without being dismissed or spoken down to.

So far I'm underwhelmed with these clowns
Just had my first telehealth appointment yesterday, and I am underwhelmed. Provider had tech difficulties and couldn't hear me for the first 20 minutes of my appointment. Then she read me a bunch of questions about my health history, which I had already filled out, and I basically sat through all of this just so I could get a prescription for estradiol patches and progesterone pills... But when I went to the pharmacy, they had no record of the pills ever being requested.
Now I have to wait two business days, plus the New Year's holiday, to supposedly get a response from the provider via the app --which also sucks majorly. Athenahealth app shows no record of any past appointments, and I can only see them if I log in via the link I was emailed...which takes me to some other weird Athenayealth portal that is not configured for a mobile phone and is very difficult to read.
I've heard good things about Midi, but based on my experience thus far, I'm not feeling very confident in their abilities... And I'm wondering if it's just a cash grab and they even know what they're doing.

It was off to a good start then quickly went down hill. I would NOT recommend MIDI. Their tech sucks. I've only ever had one successful video appointment, all others ended up as phone calls after several minutes of trying to fix tech issues. They never followed up with my mammo results. I had to track down the results for them. Then my practitioner was changed. New NP never called in the right meds. She noted she was changing my oral progesterone pills to a vaginal suppository only to continue to call in oral pills to the pharmacy 3 times. She finally informed me that I was to insert the oral pills vaginally. Ridiculous. All her notes used the word suppository. She obviously does not know the difference between a pill and suppository. And why on earth would I insert a pill that was making me sick into my vagina? I asked her as much and I have been ghosted. I ordered a monthly supplement package from them on Nov 29th, it's Dec 30th and they never arrived. You know what did arrive? The bill for the next months supply! This company is completely inept. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR HEALTH CARE TO THEM!

Clunky, geared toward self-pay
I work in health care so I don't expect much but this experience was particularly lacking. I was tracked toward self-pay in my initial enrollment despite Midi being in network with my carrier. I abandoned "the funnel" at the point to (re)confirm my coverage. I tried multiple outreaches to customer support and received no response or utterly out of context response and finally gave up. My impression is they are geared toward self pay and selling supplements, and potentially prefer a less care/coverage literate consumer.

Extremely disappointing experience with MIDI Health.
Communication is nearly nonexistent—messages go unanswered for long periods of time, and prescription refills are delayed to the point of being disruptive and stressful. Billing issues are another story altogether: unclear charges, little to no explanation, and no accountability.
