I took the survey (screening) and was matched up with three different medications, after two weeks of being on these medications I felt pain in my shoulder more fatigued then usual and HUNGRY ALL THE TIME!! I asked if this was normal and basically was told the HRT does not create any problems, this seemed almost autogenerated. I had never had a phone conversation with anyone but they were quick to take money for medication that now have caused another problem.

Hi Melinda, Midi clinicians meet with patients online and do not utilize a survey to prescribe medications, so we're confused about your review. We've requested additional information from you to try to understand.

I contacted Midi Health to be proactive as I approach menopause and wanted guidance on prevention and what to expect. The call lasted about 10 minutes, and I was told there was nothing to discuss unless I was already experiencing symptoms and that I should call back once they started. I was also told that my health insurance would cover the visit, which turned out not to be true. Despite receiving no meaningful guidance, I was charged $200. I tried calling customer service to address this, but there is no option to speak with anyone directly—only the ability to leave a message. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, misleading, and transactional. Very disappointing.

They keep sending me a bill and are refusing to run it through my insurance. I have contacted them numerous times with zero help and nothing has changed. This is very frustrating, their customer service is less than helpful. I would recommend finding someone else.

I made an appointment and that went well, however, I was told to get some tests done and I was told that they would be sent to the various locations. I called up those places to make my appointment and there were no orders for me. If this is how they do business than I want nothing to do with them. My life is hard enough without having to track down my orders too.

I had a such a good provider at Midi. She was not only "real and relatable" but knew a lot about the available treatments for my condition and educated me, which made me feel hopeful for my future as well as she peaked my interest in new treatments that Midi will be offering in the future.

Horrible! My previous doctor Kimberly was amazing. I was unknowingly switched to a different doctor’s whose care team is just bad! I’ve been waiting on a pre authorization for almost a month now. It’s hard to reach anyone via phone and when you message no one replies for days. O am now without meds and looking to visit a physician in person. There are far better resources than midi. Do your homework before making the decision to utilize midi health.

I was so tired of having my sumptoms brushed off. When Donna nodded and told me I sounded exactly like I was peri-menopausal, I nearly cried with relief. She has been able to guide me through starting and adjusting HRT and I feel so much better. She also cheers on my other health-related wins. Scheduling and attending the appointments is easy.
