Do not use this company.
Their chatbot and e-mail support are not synced or the same. My refund request via e-mail support was not communicated properly to chat support. Despite my refund request being made before I was approved, I was still sent medication and denied a refund. Their app has little to no useful information on your approval status or medication shipment. Stay away from this company.
