Happy customer!
Overall, Fridays is doing amazing. I love the transparency and the fact that I can find and do everything on my app. Customer service is phenomenal. I haven’t been able to get on a video call and they were nice enough to schedule a phone call for me and handled everything with my medication that way!

WORST COMPANY AROUND FOR GLP-1
WORST COMPANY AROUND FOR GLP-1. Their customer service is awful. You get multiple different people and they all say different things, they lie and hold no accountability for their actions. Their meds are less than par. I truly believe they are lying about what they are giving you. Please beware, DO NOT USE this company!

Approval and shipping experience
The shipping experience has been less than great this time around with fridays. My medication was approved on the 5th and should have been sent out by the 12th the latest. They created a shipping label on the 13th it is now the 16th and the shipping company has yet to receive my package with my medication. This is for one of two of medications that I currently have a request for, the other one has been approved on the 9th so today should be the day that it gets shipped out but it looks like there isn't even tracking information yet so the shipping label hasn't been made either.
