I took out an annual subscription, of course it automatically auto-renews and of course once never really used it and of course relealised it had auto-revewed. I highlight this to their team and they refused refund as i was 3 days out of their 7 day cancellation window, and i should have read their small print. Sometimes when you win you really loose

Very poor output! Sheer waste of hard earned money. Other platforms are value for money. Customer service and mediocre AI. I tried it for whole one year and found it futile and dud!

Suggestions in discussion section could be better, sometimes articles of nowhere are cited which might bring problem for the researchers
