Delivery was much quicker than expected. I had question about my purchase which was addressed very quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Anna and Anne in Customer Service who assisted me. Their physician staff are also very careful in evaluating a client’s needs. Would recommend to anyone who has need of their products.

Easy, straight-forward, and secure process. Was notified and "cautioned", regarding a possible interaction between one of my current medications and one of the antibiotics. Product was sent promptly, in a case, with a reference guide. Will use Jase again.

Exceptional customer service!! My sincere thanks to Anne who was wonderful to work with. She assisted me with my questions and was very prompt and thorough. I am pleased with my Jase Medical experience. The medications came within a relatively timely manner, given the supply-chain issues the nation is facing. The med bottles are secure, clean, and professional looking. My email questions have been answered quickly and very courteously.
