Tried to tell me my Jase case was shipped and delivered. and it was not. They had to make a medication change and then they just marked it delivered and until I put pressure on them to fix it, nothing was going to happen except I get ripped off. Customer service was nice and kept fighting for me though.

So far not so Good. I received only half my order. I sent and email and did get a reply that they contacted the pharmacy to see why only Ivermectin was shipped and not the mebendazole. Therefore I am still wait to see if the order gets filled properly.

I ordered the gout pack along with the Missionary pack and they didn’t send it, they darn sure charged me for it! BEWARE OF JASE

I have had to spend several hours on email trying to get a missing medication sent. Apparently customer service does not read the thread. Questions are repeated, photos requested and sent multiple times, feels like a runaround. No resolution after one week. Disappointing.

Bad business practice. Ordered an item on July 15th, today its July 29th & it still haven’t shipped. Followed up on it & was told that there is a delay on their part and I will be charged $40 prescription fee even though i technically did not receive a prescription from them since I'm cancelling my order. Thieves!!

It takes almost 10 days to get the order even process, if you try to cancel, they tell you store credit only. This is a rip off to me. If I cancel, I don't want a store credit for anything else.

July 6th - customer chatted in and asked for an update. No issues noted during chat July 7th - Anne emailed him for med swaps on the JaseCase, customer replied that evening at 7:02 PM it was fine and then said thank you July 8th and on July 9th asked to cancel the order July 9th - he chatted in asking about cancellation. Rhonda confirmed the cancellation and sent him the cancellation confirmation (standard practice), he took that as we would only allow store credit which was incorrect and misunderstood. That was at 431PM. At 441 PM he started ranting and being not nice, even though the macro states please give billing 24 hours to respond, Lejana was already off for the day. He demanded it all be done immediately. July 10th- Lejana refunded at 7:30AM

kept getting mixed messages No clear path to purchase. went through more than one department. Did not explain your lengthy process. It took a long time to receive my purchase.

I WAS a repeat customer. With my last order, they took my money before the order was looked at by one of thier"doctors". They ended up cancelling the order after it was reviewed. That seems completely backwards to me. How about you review the order BEFORE you snatch the money!? Now I have to play the waitng game to get MY money back. I will no longer be doing any business Jase.

Hi Derrick - I"m so sorry you had a less than ideal experience. We don't actually capture funds until there is a successful approval. When your order was declined (for personal reasons) you were refunded within 24 hours. Please email us at [email protected] with any other questions!
