I have been a member of madbid for quite a while now and find it very thrilling,winning top gadgets at a fraction of the RRP price.I have also lost quite a few auctions,but still accumulate a discount price towards direct purchases.No bad at all. Coming back from my late experience,I had big problems with their customer service.Some of the items I have won,they have been faulty,or some parts missing,which makes me think might be seconds,as they weren't properly sealed.But to add salt to injury,when I contact them,I get an automated reply ticket,saying they will reply within 48 hrs,which is a joke!!!They eventually replied,after a couple of weeks ,after sending them several emails.My latest ticket for parts missing,a whole month and I have heard nothing,till this day..Is the worst service I ever had by a retailer,auction house.I have dealed with bidg.com,Ebay,Tophatter,Swoggi,and lots others and madbid's service is non existant,absolutely terrible,All they care to get your money and offer no service for returns..UNBELEIVABLE!!!

Helaas nog niks gewonnen,blijf het een beetje duister vinden over het bieden. Al aardig wat geld ingezet en nog niks gewonnen. Al een paar keer gehad dat de server overbezet was met bieden.

Sinto-me lesada, pois fui atrás de uma propaganda, comprei créditos e não ganhei nada, só perdi meu dinheiro. Isto é um golpe, propaganda enganosa. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.
