Because they are real people, we do not, and cannot, guarantee 5-star reviews. Just as you are free to share your personal experience here on Trustpilot, readers are free to share their genuine, subjective opinions of your book on Amazon, or whichever platforms they choose. Real readers have real preferences, and quirks, and not every review is going to be glowing. That being said, we do maintain strict quality standards for our reader pool. If you truly believe the first reader did not finish your book and merely copied the synopsis, you are always welcome to use the report feature in your campaign dashboard. Our moderation team manually investigates all of these reports. I truly wish you had a better experience, like the hundreds of other authors successfully using our platform.
