I don't even know what you do. I think this has something to do with book reviews. If so, I believe I paid for some special but have yet to receive any sort of confirmation much less a review.

They failed to correct Rori S' misplaced review of a book entitled 'Healing the Modern Soul' into my 'Conquest!' campaign, after my repeated requests they do so. His four star rating of that book, pulled down the average five star rating that was trending for 'Conquest!' To date, they have failed to even respond to my messages. Two readers opted to post a summary/critique rather than a review, which is fine, yet the data on both stated 'purchase verified' but no recent purchases appear on my KDP dashboard.
