Placed order and heard nothing for 4 days finally called because order was still pending was told they tried to call me 3 times but the number was no good when he reed the number back to me it was the same number I called from and was showing on his caller id had no answer for that them proceeded to tell me I need the mandatory shipping insurance for another 177.00 dollars told him to cancel order I will order from a more honest retailer

I did a lot of checking on the internet and iElecrica had the lowest price which was a substantial savings for me. The entire process went smoothly and delivery of the LG TV was done in a timely matter. I love the OLED TV that I got. I would have no reservations in purchasing from this company again.

Placed order for over 10 days, received no update from seller; called and found out they don't even have it even it says it will be shipped in 1-2 days.

This order was drop shipped directly from Samsung and the model he ordered was discontinued. We emailed him twice to notify him that his card was not charged and the unit was not instock.We only charge the customer once the TV is shipping out. He notified us he was ok to keep order on hold until more of this model comes back in stock. We stock most of our products but some discontinued products we dropship as they are very low in inventory through distribution. We do not do any bait and switch like other companies.

Unable to purchase online with paypal (above the dollar amount they are willing to deal with), so I called IElectrica direct. Couldn't ask for better service and no "arm twisting" to purchase ad-ons. Delivery was quicker than expected and with "white glove" service. A+ all the way!
