Delivered my TV and almost wrecked the TV but not taking the things off the top before unboxing it. $80 for white glove and didn't bother taking their shoes off or even put the TV and the TV stand.

My experience with IElectrica directly was pretty good. I placed my order and they called the next day to verify and offer additional services. There was no hard selling or anything and the guy I spoke with was very nice. Their website reflected my order and tracking information within a day. This is where the problems started. The shipping company used by Ielectrica is AM Home Delivery. My experience with them has been nothing short of awful. They scheduled a delivery window twice now and missed both of them only to find out the item was never even picked up. It has now been 2 weeks since I ordered my TV and I have yet to receive it. All the shipping company will tell me is that its on its way. When you call in they don't seem to want to help and seem very irritated that they have to speak to customers. If you read reviews for AM Home Delivery, my experience is quite common. Apparently that is just how they do business. Why would any retailer want to partner with such a company? Unfortunately I would not use Ielectrica again if they continue to use AM Home Delivery as their shipping partner.

It’s been 14 days since I ordered my soundbar and still nothing. I received an email confirming my order on Dec. 7th but no other communication until this email for a review. I called and got ahold of someone on my second try a few days ago. The lady said it would arrive yesterday. Nothing yesterday or today. Tried calling about 10 times today but never got an answer. I was excited about the price but communication is so bad that the trade off is questionable. I’m still not convinced the company is legit. My patience has worn out.

Ordered via phone and the order that came through was for the wrong TV. This vendor never responds to the "contact us" section on their website. After not receiving a shipment email after 4 days, had to hunt for a phone number to call them and only then was the TV released for shipment. The shipping company that they use (AM trucking) also has a horrible service, with tracking info that doesn't update.

BE CAREFUL !!! Check out the "White Glove" treatment carefully. They don't do a hell of a lot. Ask a friend to help you for half an hour and you will save a lot of money.

What I thought was a good buy turned out to be a nightmare.

What was the issue you had with the order? I checked all our communications and we do not see that there were any customers service issues. The TV was shipped and delivered on time.

Still waiting for delivery or at least an update. Only thing can review at this point is lack of communication regarding any type of delivery estimate other than “you’ll get a call”...been over a week since paying for high end Samsung TV....hoping to hear soon and receive a great unit..but only hope at this point in time.

Your item was ordered on 04/09 and tracking was uploaded to your order on 04/10. This will be a scheduled delivery and takes 6-14 business days. The carrier will call you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule with you as stated in the listing.
