Their web order confirmation process is not seamless (requires a 2 step - you place the order and they have to get back with you to confirm - usually the next day) - but once you get to customer service / tech support, they are super knowledgeable and very helpful. I worked with Shawn (spelling?) - he went out of his way to help me secure my order and get it shipped. Very patient, helpful - and very professional. Give him a raise! :) Vali

Awesome QLED65Q8FN and great delivery to the boondocks in NH. AM Trucking delivered within five working days and the crew (Ceaser & Kiki) did a great job late at night (10PM on a Saturday night) inboxing and testing to ensure it worked and was up to speed. I will set it up tomorrow after it has a chance to climatize (35 degrees out side air temp). The price was $1900, quite the discount when most (Amazon) are asking $2500 for this years (2018) model. Bought through eBay! Very happy and when I need another I will buy from then again! G.C. In NH
